About Us

Bill Aspinall formed Entertainment Logistics in Australia in 1996.

The business concept was to provide a quality and level of service that was truly cost effective and not previously available to the touring entertainment industry. Having been employed by a multi national freight forwarder the staff who first joined the company were all experienced international freight forwarders who had handled the movement of touring shows. The acts and shows that had previously been handled by Aspinall came to the newly formed company.


Entertainment Logistics Philosophy

Entertainment Logistics approach to handling jobs is different to other companies in that we take a ‘holistic’ view and relate very much toward financial accountability rather than the old ‘rock & roll’ attitude of just throw money at a problem. Clients like our responsible approach and the disciplines we bring to handling shows. Once we quote we stick by it and only change if the scope of work changes.

Our market segment has been largely focused in family entertainment and spectator events such as Motor Sport rather than the pop & rock or general music although we have handled business in all categories.

Family entertainment and Motor Sport does not have the perceived ‘glamour’ of pop & rock, but, it does tour more often and it has considerable size shows and events in terms of freight tons.
